Abstract
This study examines the perceived impact of school medical care on pupils’ academic performance in selected public primary schools in Ijebu North-East Local Government Area (LGA), Ogun State. It seeks to understand how the availability of basic health care in schools, such as first aid and nursing presence, relates to pupils’ academic outcomes. As healthcare becomes increasingly recognized as a factor in educational achievement, this study aims to evaluate the significance of school-based medical support and the importance pupils place on their health.
